Chuck Qi

Founder and CEO

He earned a Ph.D. degree from Penn State University in quantitative field with many research results. Mr. Qi has 25+ years of experience throughout risk management function in the financial industry including American Express and Discover. He held many critical positions up to the Chief Risk Officer (CRO).

George Schwartz
Chairman of the Board

Mr. Schwartz has been a partner in a billion-dollar venture capital fund, and served as chairman and CEO of numerous companies, large and small. Many of these companies have either gone public or have been sold. He is originally from Philadelphia, and he received his BA from Vanderbilt University and his MBA from Dartmouth College.
